From the press release: "The Company, which has patents on the spherons, their use in diagnostics and therapeutics, as well as the spheron based new chemical entities . . ." Not in the U.S. they don't. Couldn't find any patents issued in the last 4 years with Nymox as an assignee. Couldn't find a PCT application publication. "has patents" means issued patents -- anybody have a patent(s) number(s) for this/these mystery patents? If they have only filed, then anybody can work on "spherons" until the patent issues. And, if they have only filed but do not own issued patents, their press release is misleading at best.
