20 or slightly below on a smooth downtrend and mkt not falling

18 if Nasadaq is in the nearing end of correction

15 if we are in panic and Nasdaq goes thru bad food poisoning

now a sharp spike down from here would trigger a buy to close short (intraday stop that is always 1 to 1/2 pt drop)...today doesnt count because I thought a temporary stable level is 23s...but from here on a spike down would cause me to close and resume a short position on rebounds

I would not mine thinking about long term invesments starting 18-20 if Nasdaq has purged itself abit
