Just checking in here. I feel like they may be holding back here from disclosing any information before it is solid. They have that website, but it takes about 2 hours to put something like that together. Somebody should try to get a hold of somebody at WestAmerica to find out about their progress. The cash issue is still just that an issue. I have to believe they are trying to solicit funds. By the way, where was that 4 million offer in december from. (website please, etc.) I hope they dont issue any more stock to get the rest. i dont think they possibly can. Certainly some sort of report would be nice to increase presence, but maybe it is better for us long termers for this to go through witha bit of a surprise, then people will really believe. Just talking....lets hope this goes through in May. t-bone
