This is from GT's press release which occurred 3 days after Midway's release. Now why did Chaimowitz feel compelled to defend their side of the transaction? There's that "mutually beneficial" clause which we all have seen before! Guess there is a "then there's the real story". Anyone have it? How about it Jim?
