The question is at what point do the shorts buy back in? Until there is a reason for them to do so they will wait and hope more bad news comes in. CPQ could be "DEAD MONEY" as Maria Bartoromo just said, but when CPQ turns around, and it will, it will move up faster than it went down. It's just a matter of how long one wants to wait!
