FYI, I have so far been unable to obtain the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease anywhere in this city (Montreal, home of Nymox) of 4 universities and 2 medical schools. Apparently, this particular issue may not even be out yet. Normally, major breakthroughs of this type are published in journals such as Science and Nature (they are the most reputable of the bunch). From what I have been told (by academics in the field of AD), the Journal of AD is nowhere near the top. Somehow, this very important info seems to have been lost on the buyers.
