I just bought a new DELL computer (my first home PC). I was extremely impressed at their efficiency. I ordered the machine on 3/11/98 (off their web site, of course), and was told that it would ship on 3/18/98. But when I checked the Dell web site; I was surprised to find that it had already shipped today (3/17/98), a day ahead of schedule! That's a turnaround time of 6 days. I haven't spoken to a single DELL person, and hopefully will never need to; that's efficiency for you! Any comments? Dell-icious P.S. How does one change the subject of the message? (Sorry, new here).
