TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS:
After BHarp5, posted his recap with his discussion with Jack Arnold, he motivated me, to do the same! ( Plus I just got back from the bank with a new roll of quarters, and already I am down to only five remaining!).
I pumped Jack for information until I ran out of money at the long distance pay phone! ( Man can he keep a secret! In my opinion!)
I spoke to him for a long , long time! I asked him the same question, three, four, and maybe five different ways! I applogyzed up front with him, that I would appear very pushy and assertive!! ( Explaining to him that there were only so many quarters to go around, and I thought that some of our thread members ( including yours truly) were starting to get very, very impatient, as well as some ridiculous postings on some other threads, attempting to bash, smash and crash the CVIA cause!
He said that he understood how I and we felt ( reminding me that he is also a shareholder)!, basically he eluded to the fact that the deal is now in the legal hands and we are now just waiting for the legal representatives to each give their seal of approval. ( At least thats how I understood it in my opinion). he also indicated that a variety of documents have been presented to SEC for approval? or feedback?
He would not give me a specific date when we could expect the announcement, simply because right here, right now, he was waiting for the go ahead to release a news announcement! But! As he noted, a deal is not a done deal until it is a done and completed deal!
He did suggest ( at least that's how I understood it) that the chances were very slim that the merger and first acquisition, would not move forward as planned! Yea!! But! Still highly speculative and high risk!
I also think I understood him to mention that it was his plan ( if possible) to include the news release on the CVIA Webb Site,( as he has done in the past!)-----Now! As some of us may recall, there have been CVIA News Releases that have been made available on the CVIA Webb Site, after market closing hours, but prior to the opening of market hours!-----Nice touch / consideration, in my opinion,a good signal or message to the shareholders, that he has concern and cares about their longstanding loyalty and committment!
He of course is hoping that the shareholders will be pleased with the first announcement regarding the merger/acquisition ( if, as and when it does in fact take place).
Because the feeling that I got from my discussion with Jack that the news could be ready to be released minute by minute ( and yes possibly week by week?)--that I am going to try to spend as much time as I can looking at my screen in the hunt for hopefully, a good news CVIA announcement!
In my estimation we have already seen some signals that it could be quite an exciting time for CVIA/WOTD in the days , weeks, and months ahead! Yes! Years also?)
We have already seen some signs of bizarre postings already trying to
discredit the CVIA efforts on some other threads!
At the same time , I imagine that we could expect that they could be some wild postings trying to elevate CVIA to very high expectation levels?
If any one really knew what the final outcome was going to be, then wouldn't life be grand?
I already know that this shell company ( right now!) that I invested in was very high risk! The upside as well as the potential downside is any one's guess!
I'm hoping ( Yes! Probably for somewhat selfish reasons!) That in the not to distant future the loyal CVIA Shareholders that supported
several call to action plans, to support Jack Arnold's efforts will have the spot light on them ( at least momentarily)----To do as they feel appropriate with their investment !
In my opinion, I can taste it! Feel it! Smell it! Sense it! Now! If I could just see it!------Jack! --We wait on bended knee, for our fearless leader to share the news! ( Just my own opinion!)
Well! I'm on my way to look for empty pop bottles! I am now officially out of quarters!---One last time! Jack? Are We There Yet?
This thread, has provided me with a lot of fun, inspiration, thought provoking scenario's, and long distance friendships and associations!
