Tom, the NT 10-Q was filed yesterday and buys BRLI some more time. You should read the NT 10-Q. It says that they will be late in filing but that there should be no big surprises. I say - go ahead and surprise me anyway.

Hopefully BRLI will continue to climb in price. The last few days look promising. Patience is not my best virtue but I am learning to be patient.
