And of course, you are a gentleman indeed. (I'm not so sure about me though!!) Certainly your read is safe of the mentioned electric utilities, considering he did mention that they were undervalued. I had to replay my tape to verify what was said in that segment. He did say he rated them as a hold. However, if you are a value investor, I could understand a bullish stance. Re: "With declining interest rates and fossil fuel costs and dereg- ulation already factored in(per Brinker), it is no wonder Bob is sanguine about this sector". Excellent points.
