From everything I have been able to find out, this company has terrific earnings and is in a sector that everyone is talking about right now. Hearing more and more analysts recommending small cap stocks as values during this bull market. With the supply of stocks to buy tightening because investors are not selling, maybe some of that buying will spill over into stocks like RAIL, that actually have earnings.:)
