Larry,

What were you talking about earlier when you
mentioned the 31 3/4 figure? Is that the support
level or 50 day ma breakout ? Do you think the
combination of the Kurlack statement and the
tech. warnings after the bell will have a significant
effect tomorrow? Hanging in with lots of 32 1/2 puts (March)
and trying to be patient.
