*6 of the test bay in the old S.D. plant will be converted to ArF the 9 others will be used for prototyping.

Final test cycle time is around 16 days/ test bay

assuming 42 test bays for production at 2 lasers/month
- final test bay capacity in SEPT will be 1,000 lasers per year.
Assuming 100% capacity, an unlikely event.

So production is on hand as well as the addition of
some newer more advanced DUV models for 98.
Cymer looks to have the bases covered.

Seiko, Japan plant, is a wholly owned CYMI subsidiary
