This stock is dead. This company is dead. It started to die the day the merged with Electro-Tech, and continued to shed life as all of the top managment and technology folks left. The guts left the skeleton so now the skeleton is left. The company has moved back toEnglan and has closed the california operation.. England as we all know is the bastion of technology development. The founder of TRKN left and went to Lam...the COO left and went to a small private company....the head of engineering left and went to a small private company....on and on and on.....so who won in this deal....the owner of electro tech who put 30+ million in his jeans and is the major stockholder of TRKN. Not a bad gig...merge your company...get $30 + million, miss all your numbers and then fold and set up shop in England..... How about all those investors in the IPO at $12....they sure got what they paid for.... THIS THING IS DEAD
