I guess a fool and his/her(gotta be pc) is quickly parted. But why then has it traded past $10. People in the CBOE I turned onto this stock 6 months ago love CLCI. My question is an has always been why. I claim not to be an investment god, but if it CLCI is bogus can you explain it why the current stock price is over $9? I read all the info about the suit and the garbage thing. I knew bits and pieces of their financials, Sun World, Etc. I can very much respect and apprc. your input. But can the " stockbrokers and financial manipulators" push this 'dog' higher and higher. Why is the SEC not investigating this? Check out RMIL. BS started to really happen and the sec jumped in a few months later. Now it appears RMIL might not trade again. I know that SW has global comp. Which leaves me with this: - A company running in red - A company that has little exp. in produce - A company that appears very shadey - A company that has a large court battle going on - A company that has a product it can't seem to distribute( yet?) - A company thats stock price is continuing to grow?!?! All that said, I'm just out to make a buck like you. And I have. I understand shorts don't kill companies, but they sure seem to put a wrench in the works for the simple short term market players like me. Happy St. Pat's to everyone- not that I'm Irish. :) Eric
