irby, thanks for the afterhour. I don't think BAY will affect coms to much since there are lots of indications that coms is gaining some businesses back from BAY. BAY 350 switches were doing really well last year when somehow coms didn't have a comparable product to compete with BAY. Now coms has a slew of high-performance SuperStack Switches and it must have given House some trouble. But it will make the current investment atmosphere worst not better.
