Hello all. I am the man from St. Louis. I decided to try out the free month subscription to SI. It has been with great excitement and pleasure to come home everyday from work and read this thread. I started investing in Peak about two years ago right before Comdex 1996 when they won best of the show for NETJET.

I have learned many valuable lessons while owning this company.

1. Never invest in a Canadain stock, espically a penny stock.
2. The first hint of dillution you should run for the door. I used to own about 3.5% of the outsanding shares of this company. Well you can do the Math now.
3. Don't believe any hype only facts which are in a concrete press release.
4. Don't try to outguess the market place.
5. Don't ever, ever, ever tell your freinds to buy a Canadain penny stock. I hope my freinds Billy and Stevie still LIKE ME.

I honestly feel that you guys are way to hard on the boys from Peak. There is always inherent risk when buying any stock espically a penny stock and espically now what I have learned a Canadian stock. The boys had great vision and two great products. NetJet, best of the show at comdex in 1996 and NetMagnet, which the jury seems to still be out on. I know they promised us the world, but it could have been what they truely thought. My mother always told me never to lie, because lies always catch up with you. I think the boys moms taught them the same thing.

This will be the first and last time I post something on this trhead for fear of incriminating myself.

Disclamer: This is not a soliciition to buy or sell this stock according to the Securites Act of 1933 or 1934; or the Securites Act of Canada which needs some serious overhaul.

P.S. Hey, Bulliten board listing, now that is something I thought I would never see. Lets hope that after thirty days other market makers step up to the plate. This would seriously help the liquidty of this gem.

P.S.S. What the hell happened to Veritas. He comes and goes like the wind.
