Brian.... the point is that I have in the past posted my trades... u may remember that my bet with robbie started as a result of me posting a cpq trade... FYI the bet is ongoing and we are having a nice time of it. I have decided not to post my trades in the future because they seem to provoke a strange mixture of conempt and spite... like your nice post... I note that u have not ever gotten back to me with intc's comment that they may increase capex... I also note that AMAT is down rather a lot since I very publicaly sold.... FYI i was not bragging, just pointing out that I do post my opinion, and that I have in spite of all the attacks a decent batting average - which - I'm sure you would agree is the best any of us can hope.

Finally.... there are a group of very macho posters that includes yourself that apparently believes that the semi equips are undervalued at these prices... it is interesting therefore to note the complete lack of takeover activity in this industry right now... if these stocks are as undervalued as u think why are co's not purchasing at these levels... of course the answer is that the other semi's belive that the prices are going lower....
