Sultan, Pertaining to Lava Systems It seems that this company is a frustrating one to be a shareholder of. I have a press release dated February 13 in which they warn of their second quarter being below expectations. In the press release they indicate that they expect to release earnings during the second week of March. Where are the earnings? On the bright side, they have announced many deals in the past two months, but these will be reflected in their third quarter I believe. Here is a list of recent announcements: January 30 Deal with Admiral Insurance of the UK. February 2 Strategic alliance with CMG of the UK. February 11 Deal with LINPAC Plastics of the UK. March 18 Todays announcement concerning Lloyd's. All of these deals and alliances are with British companies and seem to reflect their recent acquisition. Maybe these are positive developments and indicate a potential turnaround. They seem to have found a strong niche in the insurance business.
