From Dow Jones 3/17/98:
BankAmerica Corp. estimates it will spend about $380 million to fix the Year2000 problem in its computer systems. Of that estimate, the San Francisco bank giant has spent about $90 million during 1997 to make sure its systems are compliant, the company said in its annual 10-K filing with the SEC. None of the costs is expected to hurt the company's results in any reporting period, BA noted.
