Dennis, Good news or bad? With the Asian currency collapse, the dollar figures make these guys really rich. The figures (shares sold) don't look all that high. The number of directors selling is not a good sign. Is this a case of insiders selling at a peak or insiders taking some profits while they can? After all, 144 holders must wait around (at least one year) to sell shares, and so they've seen DSWLF crash and rebound. Have you seen the 144 filings? I think the next question is whether these directors are selling all of their holdings, or just selling some of their shares. Hopefully, the latter.
