Joe B. I hear you Joe, but I don't believe it will ever go below 1 again except for a half an hour at a time for a day or two. As I remember the main thrust of that regulation is to form a basis for a reverse stock split. Have you heard the latest: "Kenneth Starr is a farce to be reckoned with."
