Vartan:

I started buying WCII when it was trading at about 4.50.
Looking at my records, this is less than 6 months ago. I have
met with the company on several occasions and am constantly
impressed with the directions that the company is taking to
continue its growth.

Their VP of Strategic Planning is Amy Newmark. She formerly managed
a hedge fund and left because she wanted to be able to "own more Winstar."

With that in mind, the growth of the 38ghz realm and their complete
control of that frequency in the top 30 markets in the US, and the
involvement of the top MCI people make this company a viable entity.

Although the stock is up over 300% since I began buying it, I continue
to buy it and expect this company to continue to grow as they begin
to show earnings.

Good luck and E-mail me at skern@netvoyage.net with any questions.
