Ian, sorry about the late response, but my guess would be that he simply wanted to run his own show, more autonomy, etc. etc. I guess it is hard to advance when your boss has the same name as the company. However, GSNX has 2 Tooles as officers, so who knows. Mildly off topic, are you looking to pick up any more MTSN at these price levels? I bought some @ 6 5/8, sold at 8 1/8, was kicking myself when it was over 9, but didn't (yet) pull the trigger today. regards, spiny
