I just think it's going to take some pretty bad news to make it drop that far. I can see weakness bringing it down to the low 20's. I do agree with you that the valuation is high, and i wouldn't add to it at this price. I think most investors are aware of the earnings deceleration. So if they were to sell based on that, they would have sold by now. But the bad thing is that high PE's leave little room for mistakes. A note about the "Market": Investors don't seem to care that many of the blue chips are trading a PE's of 40 or so and earnings are growing only 10-15%. When are investors going to like the mid-caps again?
