What is the story here. I get bits and pieces, but the bottom line is book value of 9 dollars. Company goes belly up and you make money. Are the assets overvalued accounting wise or something. I normally reserach myself on a stock, but not a lot of info out on TLSP. I was concerned that insiders were mixed on the company. Not sure why anyone would sell shares in a company that is at less than half price to book. Any more info?
