Section 340 of the the United States Bankruptcy code provides for foreign parties to pursue actions in bankruptcy court against people who have fled their native country to escape bankruptcy (particularly if the departed in the middle of the night via camelian transport) Ricearoni is sure gonna miss his falafel in the clink.
