I just off the phone with the SEC where I talked with a Marsha Reynolds. She says her supervisor informed her that unless SOE is in full compliance with SEC regulations tomorrow morning there will be no trading in the stock. Us investors will not find out until tomorrow. She said to call your broker in the AM to find out since SOE can file stuff even after 5:00 PM today to be "in compliance". Anyone else talk to a broker today and get any input?
