I'm a new follower of this company, but have been spooked by the
company's recent stock option plan. The stock option plan, which was created in January, will add an additional million shares into the market. Now get this, the maximum price for the issued options is $6 per share. The option holders have already realized a $2 gain
on their newly issued options. It sounds like they are getting paid for past performance. I believe it is legal to begin an option plan by averaging the high and low prices for the stock over a certain period. It is not a requirement, however. Shame on management! They are greedy and have little confidence in their own ability to perform well in the future. Good luck everybody, but I doubt I'll be joining the loyal faithful of PTIS anytime soon.
