Warburg Pincus have invested in companies that have gone into chapter 11, I know because I handled one of their bankruptcy's for the creditors. They are not Gods and make mistakes like you pinky baby...now let's get back to the answers..you admit lying about the option price, you admit lying about the unenforceability of the patents.. now what about the nefarious activities of ACRT...what did they do or are you lying here also...enquiring minds need to know
