Basic investment advice (paraphrasing Peter Lynch, I think): if you can't stomach the volatility, you shouldn't be in the stock.

Variation #1: be mentally prepared to take a bath
Variation #2: don't look at the stock price every hour (day/week) if you're in it for the long term.

No one can tell you how a stock is going to perform long-term. The best you can get is educated GUESSES. Do your own analysis, understand the technology and market, assess your risk tolerance, then think about whether you want to buy in.

Questions to ask yourself: Why did you buy at $70? What was your expectation at the time? Has that expectation changed? Why?
