I think this is the calm before the money storm. I know exactly how you feel. Most of my eggs are in this basket. If there is no news before opening day -- WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBT -- then I might punt.
Baseball isn't exactly the most exciting sport to watch, except to the avid fan. MLB needs changes to survive. Whether limiting the pitcher's and batter's time between pitches, or something like Questec to keep the viewer glued to the TV, baseball MUST change. In a multi-billion business like baseball, what's a few million dollars thrown to Questec going to hurt. Hell, the average salary is only a little less than $2,000,000. Before I bought this stock, I asked several of my friends if they remembered last year's World Series with the 3D imaging. Without hesitation, they all responded positively. That was enough to sell me.
If baseball succumbs to Questec, I think the other sports will follow. The next two weeks are paramount.
To digress a little, I have an E-Mail into M. Russo suggesting that he contact Wang at Computer Associates for possible monetary support. The two companies are literally a stones throw from each other. Computer Associates has thrived on acquiring other companies. Just sheer speculation, but a few million $$$ is peanuts to CA.
