Well. Verity should now be favorable and on the upside.

a hold with wessel

roughly 47 % institutional holding as of 10/18/96. Most of the
institutions purchased verity at a much higher price than what it
is now. Institutions I think will not dump any verity because of the potential that verity has to offer and there purchased price. I see
now more buyers than sellers.

Verity should come out with additional good news. the price can
only go up.
