Where did you get the idea that since big corporations are doing it, that the stock will never react negatively? Didn't you say it yourself, that the "book cooking" will show in the bottom line of a "book cook" company sooner or later? Well, that is when the stock will go negative! There is a good way to overcome this however, just use the current profits to buy out another smaller company which will cover that declining bottom line...then repeat. (It really works...)

I am not arguing, nor predicting which direction IOMG's stock price will go in this arguement. I am only arguing anyone's naivetivity (if there is such a word) over the non-existance of "book cooking".
