Chuck, AOL will never publish a negative news regarding members defection. AOL will just sent more free disks. The bottom line will be affected, but would WS care? Earthlink is aggressively promoting with 1-800-QUIT-AOL through the radio. Why don't they use AOL's recipe: just bombard the country with free disks?
