It is my understanding the March represents "year end" for Canadian markets and that shakes out some folks. Month end also coming up and the combination could make for some bargain prices. Perhaps B. Thompson can explain this since I am in the States. In any case it is my idea that one of the best times to buy the Canadian juniors is right during the last weeks in March each year.
