Tech is clearly not the place to be in the next 3-6 months. All we hear so far are warnings. That money will flow into oil/energy sector since this is the cheapest and safest place to invest now. The crude oil is already at 10 year low, the down side risk seems to be quite limited at this point. Besides, several stocks I follow (UTI, TMAR, PTEN, NBR) seem to have stopped the sliding trend.
