On the subject of what applications belong on the desktop vs the server as well as other issues discussed here, I recommend browsing the forums on the Terminal Server Community website. There are some very knowledgeable people there who have experience with rather large WinFrame deployments. The website is at winntmag.com In particular, read the comments from the guy from Bell Mobility (one of the featured case studies on the Citrix website).
