To the "thread,"

The recent 10K filing indicated that TFS was planning on spending $8 million on its new China facility, despite the fact that David Buchanan said it would be $ 6 million in the most recent conference call.

Despite the fact that I contacted the Investor Relations Department yesterday to ascertain whether the company was over budget (or perhaps, increasing the size of the project in anticipation of larger than previously expected orders), I have still not yet heard.

Of course, as some of you might know, ordinarily TFS doesn't respond to questions in the month prior to a reported earnings announcement (and in the month up to the announcement, typically 8 to 10 days into the month), so in any given quarter the company is non responsive for approximately 40 days.

That means, of course, (and apparently even in the case of this question, which was made simply for the purpose of clarification of already disclosed public material) that TFS is totally non-responsive about 44% of the time.

Just as a matter of curiousity, aren't the shareholders paying for communications 100% of the time? Or, does that department get 40 days off every quarter?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Have a good evening.
