The CFO has done a great disservice to BAY shareholders.Why didn't he release the news two weeks ago when he knew then that BAY was going to miss earnings by a long shot and the price was at 35,and wait till BAY hits the low 20s and then announce.He is a stupid idiot and i would say the same for the rest of management.BAY has fumbled and its highly likely that it will do so again in June.Good-bye BAY and here comes 15.Maybe LU will do it a favour in Oct,that way no one will ever have to mess with something called BAY anymore.
