Still trying to figure it out. He is referred to as an unaffiliated individual quite a few times throughout the Edgar filing. But he owns 18% of the company, more than Dr. Alan Phan at 2%. I think i got these figures right. So many companies with almost the same name, Hartcourt USA, Hartcourt Pen, The Hartcourt Companies, Inc........geeza it's hard to keep track what shares went to whom and for what purpose. Still thinking but give me a hint "First Capital Network, Inc.", give some where to look for info about them. Ken
