Thank you, VERY MUCH! What a great article! I think I learned more tonite than this year. How's the saying go? First we borrow, then deceive, oh what a tangled web we weave? Something like that. Always wondered where it came from! So let me get this straight (watch the cart and the horse, they get confused), If Tom had some shares he wanted to sell to raise capital he would be limited to the number, by the volume, to avoid disclosure. So a high volume of shares would allow him to sell more shares, discretely, and possibly enable him raise capital without looking cash poor. And the MM's could help make this happen without regulation?! What would be their incentive, higher prices, more volume and a strong idea of what was in the works. Huuuuummmm, this article really has me thinking. I'm in @.0525 but not a major accumulation. If you caught the "April Fool's" post you will see my wife isn't into the arena and keep's my pennies at just that! She will "margin" me but just like here I can't trust the call. Sh is well aware, if I'm really serious I could call our full service broker and do some real damage, or make some real money! These are my pennies and she is also clear on that. For the first time in our lives we have a double in our account and at least had a quad here. She seems happy I'm at least into educated risky investments now. Don't you love oxymorons! Thanks again, Jeff |
