Agreed...an intricate part of ANY trading system and particularly pennies is the use of stop losses to prevent losing more that 15% on the downside AND being willing to take a profit when you see one instead of waiting for the "TEN BAGGER" Also you have to play with the time frames of all the indicators to take out "whipsaws" and test them before buying on the types of stocks you are interested in before buying...I tested penny stocks and adjusted indicator times for 4 months before buying the first one on technicals. And remember there are always insiders that begin buying before a big move/announcement which often shows in the technicals... Re: SETO, don't have time to provide alot of detail, but its not yet in overbought territory and has had a recent MACD crossover, but I wouldn't touch it because its already made some huge moves. I prefer to limit my downside. Re: CSMA, looked at it in October...absolutely textbook example where technicals fortold the big run...volume increasing daily, MACD crossing over, Bollinger bands contracting etc...don't want to bore with details...not a buy right now for me, some more room on downside before I would bottom fish that one... paul
