Keith/Tommy

re rights I got my letter 2 days ago mailed March 10,1998 from
TD Greenline my broker..
The rights that have traded so far BEA is 2.1 million so that
means that many people gave up their rights,I have Canada
Stock Watch also paid for all the bells on their site.Only a
a few are buying while the people with small amounts are selling.
That means then todate 54,000,000 + are going to take advantage
of the rights Offering. I use WIZ from the US and have
BEA Daily trading data for the last 2 years. The trading most
days is not really that great once in a while maybe a million
The float is probably only 3 to 4 million while the rest is
being held by big investors . If the stock does get hot
then the extra shares would be nice as the demand would pick up.
The same applies to Stampede..
According to the SEDAR Feb. 20,1998 if you do not take the rights
your shares dilute accordingly.
Therefore with hardly any rights trading the major investors
will get the extra shares ... does this make any sense what
do you think guy's
