max90,

Good Job on your last quarter results. It appears that vrty is
now in the right track with the right products, services, internal
financals and VRTY's overall direction. Keep it up!

In addition to the current VRTY strategy. Here are some
"fundamentals" that VRTY may want (or better MUST) to be reminded
in order exceed the next quarter results.

- VRTY's goal should "simply" obtain at least 2 or 3 new accounts
like CSCO and KPMG. This will probably and automatically put
VRTY on line with and above analysts expectations.

- Nomura Security is the largest global brokerage in th world.
Why this new/existing customer news did not hit Wall Street?
BTW, this is the type of customer that you may want to capitalize
on just a customer in ASIA just like, again, CSCO and KPMG.
Nomura would be a model for vrty for ASIA.

- Verity appears that to have done a outstanding jobs in obtaining
new customer by providing low priced products and services
throughout the industry. That good. However they should also keep
in mind that the most important thing is to keep that customer.
It appears that a number of these low end customers have
upgraded or changed their overall knowledge architecture from
vrty to other vendors simply because they have been "neglected"
by verity. Here you may want to start a low budget massive
marketing caimpagn to keep in touch with such customer that are
changing to other knwowledge retreival platorms because of a
basic lack of a vrty<->customer communication.

I have just recently become a vrty shareholder. Just like Mr.Sbona
mentioned in the last Q report, I am equally please with "Verity's bottom line". Keep up the momentum !

Kind Regard,
Tijuana
