To all IMES investors:

Forget Frank and Bill Young and any input they may have. Rest assured their observations are tempered by those who sign their checks. More importantly the reasons we are nearly at the end of our IMES investing journey are insignificant when compared to the task at hand - saving our collective investment in IMES. Once accomplished we may satisfy our curiousity. But first!!!

WAKE UP PEOPLE THIS IS NOT A DREAM!!!

We are in chapter 11. The Board is not communicating. Funding is rumored to be provided by an outside source under terms and conditions not specified. Read between the lines. We know the company was running out of cash. We know that a proposed secondary offering was derailed. Is it possible that temporary funding was contingent upon silence and inaction? Is it possible that Board members who either own large positions or are in control of large positions are attempting to save their own butts at the expense of shareholders with agreements we know nothing about?

So what do we do? Quite simple actually. Submit a reorganization plan more attractive to the Board or Court than the one we can assume is coming from the opposite side. And what will that take? Money!!!
Where will it come from? US(that means you and me and anyone we can beg, borrow or steal from). Think it can be done? If you don't you may as well start calculating your tax loss. Rumor has it that there is an informal clearing house for facilitating the above mentioned insanity. If you are so inclined to offer your pocket book or some wealthy friends e-mail me and I will verify the location if you don't already know it.

It goes without saying that the clock is ticking. But what the Hell?
It just might work.

PS: It was brought to my attention that a large majority of IMES shareholders do not have internet access and may not be aware of ideas or thoughts being shared here. Any thoughts on contacting the largest amount in the shortest time?
