I talked with some one in investor relations and they told me that they are still alive and that everyone at the company is working "very hard" to return the company to profatibility. Also I asked the receptionist if she had heard anything about going totally under. she said "NO!". Lastly I called their 800 reservation number and asked the company fielding calls if they took alot of reservations for DZ. She said they are always getting booked. Very popular. Call yourself if you would like to. Personally, I believe that this could pay off in the long haul with the attached risks at the current levels of the stock.
