Yes it was done over the internet, and using a subscription to Zacks. Zacks has a screening feature, where a subscriber can input a number of screening criteria and produce the listing I posted here.
Zacks offers a two week free subscription, if you'd like to give it a try. I think the service is well worth it, but I would caution that you still need to do due diligence with any stock you are considering buying. Once you develop a list of potential candidates, you should send off to the companies for annual reports, 10ks, 10qs, press releases, brokerage reports, etc., and review these thoroughly!
