Thats the whole point. If you want to benefit of emerging trends/technologies you buy the company in the middle or shall I say... the toll gate keeper. This was the case with CISCO which standed in the middle of the internet explosion and MSFT in the case of the PC. The tough part of course is figuring out who will stand as the leader... hopefully this will be CYCH in our case.
