ValueSpec, I understand completely the problem encountered by any investor seeking to review financial's that are not yet available.

This is a highly speculative situation and unless and until they begin reporting, (which they have stated unofficially could be as early as the second quarter), we are left with very little to go on other than the FutureTrak Times, which contains messages from the president.

I have started a thread for DTSI, which is a competitor of FTRK, and you may also want to look at KVHI, who also has a similar product, although so far, FTRK does not have a system for "fully underway service", as does KVH. I am not as familiar yet with the Datron product.

The only financial's I can give you which I believe are correct are that there are 11 million shares outstanding, and one million shares in the float, and of those one million in the float, there are maybe 150,000 to 200,000 shares in weak hands. This would tend to exacerbate any volatility, be it upside or down.

(Disclaimer: the information contained in the above post is derived from sources believed to be correct. However, there is no guarantee as to its accuracy, and is not intended to be relied upon as factual. Any decision to invest in speculative stocks of this kind should only be done so by those financially able to withstand a total loss of their funds; therefore risk capital only should be employed.)
